Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary
- We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic e-commerce team.
- As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be the voice of our brand, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and driving satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with teams to resolve customer complaints
- Meet customer service standards and performance metrics
- Provide timely updates on order status, shipping, and delivery
- Resolve issues with orders, payments, and returns
Education + Experience
Requirements
- BSc Degree / HND in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English, with knowledge of local languages a plus
- Proficiency in CRM Software.
- 2+ years of customer service experience (e-commerce experience is a plus!)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
