1. Customer Support:
- Answer customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Telegram.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Ensure all customer interactions are logged and tracked in the CRM system.
2. Administrative Duties:
- Assign tasks or client requests to senior officers for follow-up.
- Schedule and manage appointments for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM and Google Sheets.
3. Digital Community Management:
- Monitor and engage with the community on social media platforms (Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp).
- Create and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement.
4. Content Creation and Management:
- Develop, edit, and post video content for marketing and customer engagement purposes and forward to social media manager.
5. Software Utilization:
- Use CRM software effectively to track customer interactions and maintain relationships.
- Utilize accounting software to assist with financial or customer-related reporting.
- Manage and analyze data using Google Sheets to generate actionable insights.
6. Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries and feedback.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Communicate effectively, demonstrating excellent written and verbal skills.
