We are a recruitment and field-force consulting firm specializing in building high-performing sales teams for leading beverage brands (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) across Lagos and its environs. We are currently recruiting experienced and motivated sales professionals to join our clients’ field sales operations.

Location: Ijesha, Onipanu, Shomolu, Ladipo, Igbon-Efon Shapati, & Baba Adisa Ibeju - Lekki
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- We are currently recruiting Van Sales Representatives to support direct sales, route execution, and customer servicing across multiple locations.
Role Overview
- The Van Sales Representative will be responsible for selling products directly to retailers, managing van inventory, executing daily routes, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct product promotions, tastings, and visibility activities
- Visit existing and prospective customers within assigned routes
- Prepare and submit daily sales and market reports
- Load, stock, and manage products in the sales van
Education + Experience
Requirements & Qualifications
- National Diploma (ND) or equivalent
- Experience in driving a Mitsubishi Canter Truck
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Physically fit to handle loading and offloading of products
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Age: 25 – 45 years
- Provision of three (3) verifiable guarantors.
- 1–2 years’ sales experience (FMCG or beverage preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
- HMO coverage for staff and family.
- Basic Salary: N90,000
- Offload Assistant Allowance: N44,000
- Incentives: N80,000
