Field Sales Officer (FSO) – Financial Institution
Job Description
Job Type: Full-time
Remuneration: ₦121,000, HMO, Pension, Commission, opportunity for growth, leave and 13 month allowance.
Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and target-driven Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to promote and sell financial products and services. The ideal candidate must have at least 6 months of sales experience in the financial sector, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive revenue through effective client engagement.

- OND qualification
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 6 months of sales experience in the financial sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
