Education + Experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or field management (FMCG experience is an advantage).
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
