We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Telesales Agents to join our dynamic team at Ericvsta Ltd. We'd love to meet you if you have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for sales!

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products/services.

* Convert leads into active customers through effective persuasion and follow-up.

* Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address client inquiries.

* Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

Education + Experience

* Previous experience in telesales or any sales-related role is an added advantage.

* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone.

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

* Must live within or around Ogba, Lagos for easy commute.

Compensation and Benefits:

* Total Net Salary: (Basic salary 70,000 Naira per month) plus over 20,000 monthly commission

* Full Attendance Bonus (payable only for full attendance).

* Review salary for increment after months in employment.
