Responsibilities
Job Position: Administrative Executive
Job Location: Wuye, Abuja (FCT)
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Generates Invoices and Check Inventory
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
Education + Experience
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of experience.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / Month.Method of Application
