Job Title: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

  • The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling communications, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily office activities.
  • We are seeking a professional, organized, and tech-savvy Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our company.

Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Schedule and coordinate meetings between the Managing Directors and prospective
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and office communications.
    • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics.
    • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders when necessary.
    • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
    • Assist with basic office administration and day-to-day operational tasks.

    • Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
    • Maintain accurate records, files, and administrative documentation.
    • Support management with administrative duties and special projects.
    • Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other documents as required.

Education + Experience

  • Requirements

    • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
    • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative role is an advantage.

    Strong computer literacy and proficiency in:

    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) OR
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
    • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
    • Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, Drive)
