Job Title: Head of Administration

Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective administrative systems, facilities management, procurement, vendor relationships, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across the school.
  • The school is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and strategic Head of Administration to provide strategic and operational leadership across all administrative, facilities, and support services of the school.
  • The role will also provide key operational support to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team, contributing to planning, budgeting, policy implementation, and the overall effectiveness of the school environment.

Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Manage contracts, procurement, and vendor relationships.
    • Provide strategic and operational leadership for all administrative, facilities, and support services of the school.
    • Ensure effective office systems, records management, and regulatory compliance.
    • Ensure a safe, well run, and efficient school environment.
    • Supervised administrative staff.
    • Support the Principal and Senior Leadership Team with operational planning, budgeting, and policy implementation.

Education + Experience

  • Requirements
    Education:

    • Master’s degree preferred.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

    Experience

    • At least 15 years.
    • Experience within an international or British curriculum school environment, together with knowledge of ERP/school management systems and experience in change and process improvement management, will be highly relevant to the role.

    Required Skills and Experience:
    The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong competence and experience in the following areas:

    • ERP/school management system usage.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Facilities and logistics coordination.
    • School administration and operations management.
    • Policy development and compliance.
    • Change and process improvement management.
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in an international or British curriculum school environment.
    • Budgeting and financial oversight.
    • Staff supervision.
