  Responsibilities

  • Handle all pre-sales enquiries from multiple channels including email, Instagram and website chat
  • Handle business telephone lines (SMS, Calls, WhatsApp) and respond to customer requests in a timely, professional, and helpful manner
  • Efficiently route sales enquiries to the sales team
  • Manage communication between different stakeholders i.e. customers, internal team, contractors
  • Ensure proper closeout of each learning session e.g. report collation, sales cycle management
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of leads and orders
  • Perform other clerical duties such as organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, managing company equipment/resources, etc.
