Our client, a fast-growing beverage brand known for its premium hibiscus cordial, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead sales growth and distribution across Nigeria.
Develop and execute sales strategies nationally and regionally
Drive B2B and B2C sales across retail, HoReCa, and e-commerce channels
Manage distributor relationships and pricing negotiations
Lead and mentor the sales team
Track KPIs and ensure sales targets are met
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and activations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus)
6–10 years in beverage or FMCG sales
Strong sales network and team management experience
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proficient in CRM tools and sales data analysis
Compensation:
₦700,000/month
2.5% commission on closed sales
Personal & Professional Development Grants (up to ₦1M each per year)
KPIs Include:
30 new HoReCa accounts quarterly
1,500 cartons monthly sales
80% account retention after 3 months
Regular menu placements and activation events
