Job Description
- We are currently seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our sales team as a Junior Sales Executives.
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and looking to grow their career in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Generate leads and actively seek out new business opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Education + Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, especially in the Real Estate industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a focus on achieving results.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and related products is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to speak Hausa is an added advantage.
