JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Operations Lead to play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth for our real estate and associated retail businesses. The ideal candidate will be passionate and knowledgeable about real estate and retail; possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and have a proven track record in sales. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable group of companies in a thriving industry.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Collaborate with the rest of the organization to develop and refine sales strategies and objectives, considering market trends, customer needs, and company goals.
    • Identify and pursue potential leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
    • Conduct tours and presentations to prospective buyers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our developments.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding product prices, financing options, and market conditions.
    • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Address any operational challenges, bottlenecks, or inefficiencies promptly.
    • Prepare and maintain sales reports, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
    • Implement standardized processes and procedures for sales and operations.
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales and operational strategies accordingly.
    • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
    • Fill in for other team members and execute other organizational tasks as required.

Education + Experience

  • REQUIREMENTS

    What You Need to Know/Have:

    • Proven experience in sales or a related field.
    • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
    • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
    • Curiosity and the ability to learn new things on the job.
    • An Entrepreneurial attitude with good team spirit.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    • Experience in Retail is strongly preferred.
    • Experience in Real Estate is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and productivity software including MS Office Suite.
