Fabulous Foods and Spices (FFS) - Our client, a Retail Chain Pharmacy, is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Associate
Location: Ikeja, Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working hours - One day on, one day off
Job Summary
- The role also involves achieving sales targets, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring products are properly displayed and monitored.
- The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, attending to customers’ needs, ensuring proper merchandising of products, maintaining stock levels, and supporting the smooth daily operations of the pharmacy outlet.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper price tagging and eliminate price discrepancies.
- Provide competitive market and pricing reports to management.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
- Prevent theft, pilfering, and product damage within assigned sections.
- Assist customers in locating products and making purchase decisions.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare out-of-stock reports.
- Assist in periodic stock counts and inventory management.
- Ensure shelves are properly stocked and products are neatly displayed.
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support promotional activities.
- Maintain cleanliness of shelves, products, and assigned sections.
- Check product expiry dates and report near-expiry items.
- Carry out stock rotation using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Education + Experience
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1–2 years experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Minimum of SSCE, OND, NCE, or related qualification.
- Good knowledge of retail or pharmacy products is an added advantage.
- Strong customer service orientation and team spirit.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy.
Salary
N90,000 - N100,000 monthly.How to Apply
