    Position Overview

    • We are seeking a talented and results-driven Head of Sales/Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building brand awareness, and shaping our market presence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute the company's sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets and market penetration goals.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing teams to achieve their highest potential.
    • Develop and manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
    • Identify emerging market trends and opportunities to refine product offerings.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns, collateral, and promotional materials.
    • Monitor and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics to optimize strategies.

Education + Experience

  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
    • Deep understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools.
    • Proficiency in CRM and sales management software.
    • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
    • Results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
    • Fluency in Hausa.
    • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
