Job Title: E-Commerce Manager

- The E-Commerce Manager will be instrumental in driving our online sales and elevating our digital presence.
- The ideal candidate will be business-minded and deeply familiar with the e-commerce landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Support of the team in the development, implementation, optimization, and analysis of CRM measures for customer loyalty.
- Evaluation of data and creation of reports for success monitoring.
- Taking part in regular meetings with the Headquarters and implementing their suggestions or optimization approaches.
- Take care of onsite feature implementations, content updates and regular changes to optimize the online customer journey and user experience. This also included translation work.
- Coordinate promotional activities, including newsletter campaigns, online ads (SEA & META), and seasonal sales.
- Preparing promotional material, landing pages and ad texts.
- Coordination and alignment with all relevant advertising agencies, and cooperation partners.
- Development of newsletter concepts and regular send outs of communication.
- Monitor and manage budgets for e-commerce operations and campaigns.
Education + Experience
Qualifications & Skills
- The ideal candidate should have successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Communication or Media Studies, or a comparable degree, ideally with a focus on Marketing.
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related role.
- Understanding of web design, SEA, SEO, and online customer behavior.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools [e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console].
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A high degree of self-initiative, commitment, and organizational ability.
- Fluent in English
Salary
