Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage key customers, and oversee sales activities within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate sales representatives within the territory.
- Ensure effective territory coverage and product availability.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve area sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Education + Experience
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 - 7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, or a related industry.
- Must be resident in or willing to work in Ibadan.
- Proven experience managing a sales territory and achieving targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
Salary
N300,000 - N650,000 monthly.How to Apply
