Job Description
- We are looking for an energetic business development associate to help drive our sales and grow the business.
- To attract new clients and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships..
Responsibilities
- Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans.

Education + Experience

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a functional Real Estate Company.
- Ability to prospect and constantly close sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must reside in Port Harcourt.
Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 / month.
