Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Create content showcasing school activities and achievements.
- Manage the school's social media presence.
- Track where admission enquiries are coming from.
- Work closely with the Admissions Officer to convert enquiries into applications and enrolments.
- Organize open days, exhibitions, school tours, and promotional events.
- Coordinate school promotional campaigns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Develop strategies for increasing school visibility.
- Recommend effective advertising channels based on results.
- Protect and promote the school's brand image.
- Monitor competing schools and market trends.
- Generate admission leads.
- Promote the school's academic programmes and activities.
- Develop relationships with parents and prospective parents.
- Attract prospective parents and learners.
Education + Experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in the education sector is an advantage.
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools.
- Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, sales, communications, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Digital Marketing, Marketing Management, or Communications is an advantage.
- Experience managing a marketing team or coordinating marketing activities is an advantage.
- Minimum of an HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field.
Key Skills:
The Marketing Lead should be able to:- Develop strong promotional content.
- Track marketing performance and produce reports.
- Build relationships with customers, parents, organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Manage marketing budgets.
- Convert marketing enquiries into measurable business results.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Use digital marketing tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Identify and understand the organization's target market.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Coordinate advertising campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms.
- Generate leads and prospective customers.
- Work with designers, content creators, sales / admissions, and management.

Salary
