Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, vendors, and industry partners.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and performance metrics.
- Assist in the development of marketing budgets and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Manage and coordinate marketing initiatives, including advertising, promotions, and events.
- Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email, and print materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Education + Experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field with 3 - 5 years experience.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Digital marketing skills are an added advantage – experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM, email marketing tools).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Salary
