We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven professional to lead our Advisory Division. This role will oversee four critical functions—Tax, People & Regulatory Services, Management Consulting, and Digital & Business Intelligence Services—ensuring excellence in service delivery, innovation, and market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the Advisory division’s strategy in alignment with firm-wide goals.
• Department Oversight: Provide leadership and direction to heads of:
• Tax (corporate, international, and indirect taxes)
• People & Regulatory Services (HR advisory, labour law compliance, governance)
• Management Consulting (strategy, operations, finance transformation)
• Digital & Business Intelligence (data analytics, digital transformation, BI tools)
• Business Development: Drive growth through strategic client acquisition, cross-functional offerings, and partnerships.
• Client Engagement: Act as a senior advisor on complex engagements, ensuring high-impact delivery.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all deliverables meet professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing advisory team with future-ready skills.
• Innovation & Insight: Champion digital and data-driven advisory solutions tailored to client needs.
Requirements:
• 10+ years’ progressive experience across at least two of the supervised areas, with a strong Tax foundation.
• Recognized professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CITN).
• Proven leadership in managing multi-disciplinary advisory teams.
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, market trends, and digital innovations.
• Strong client relationship and business development track record.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
Desirable:
• Experience in a professional services or mid-sized consulting firm environment.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies (e.g., data analytics, AI tools) in consulting delivery.
