We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate must posses excellent time management and organizational skills and have experience in baking a variety of bread and pastries.

- Prepare and bake a variety of products, including breads, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment and ovens.
- Ensure the bakery area is clean and meets food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
- Innovate and create new recipes to meet customer demands.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bakery operations.
- high standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Proven experience as a baker in a similar role.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
