Responsibilities
Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure that performance goals, metrics, and evaluations are aligned with the company's strategic objectives, as well as role contributing to enhancing employee performance, optimising processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Education + Experience
Requirements:
- First degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
- A master's degree is an added advantage
- Minimum of 6-8 years working experience with at least 3 years in performance management, including leadership and supervisory roles.
