Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive performance management and rewards programs across the organisation, ensuring that the company's talent is effectively aligned with its strategic goals.
Education + Experience
Requirements:
- First degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
- Relevant Master's degree
- Minimum of 10 to 12 years working experience with proven experience in designing and implementing performance management and rewards programs, in a leadership capacity.
