Job Description

  • The Executive Assistant willprovides high-level administrative support to executives while also managing social media accounts and assisting with digital communication strategies.
  • This role requires strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in social media management.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities

    Administrative Support:

    • Manage executives’ calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion of tasks.
    • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives, prioritizing and responding appropriately.

    Social Media Management:

    • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with organizational goals and brand identity.
    • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
    • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and engage with the audience in a timely and professional manner.
    • Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports to track key metrics, trends, and campaign effectiveness.

    Content Creation:

    • Generate original content, including posts, articles, graphics, and videos, to support social media campaigns and initiatives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, executives, and external partners to gather content ideas, stories, and insights for social media sharing.
    • Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and tone of voice across all social media channels.
    • Digital Communication:

      • Assist in the development and execution of digital communication strategies, including email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and online promotions.
      • Manage email lists, subscriber databases, and email automation tools to optimize engagement and deliverability.
      • Monitor website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates, and provide recommendations for improvement.

      Executive Support:

      • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, anticipating needs and proactively addressing issues to support executive productivity.
      • Conduct research, gather data, and prepare presentations, reports, and documents for executive meetings and presentations.
      • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Education + Experience

  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Proven experience (3 years) as an executive assistant or administrative assistant, with a strong background in social media management.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and interact effectively with diverse audiences.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
    • Creativity, innovation, and a passion for staying updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and business needs.
    • Graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) are a plus.

    Salary
    N100,000 monthly.
