Job Summary
- We are seeking a reliable Cashier and Sales Representative to join our team.
- You will be the face of our store, delivering exceptional service by welcoming customers, providing expert knowledge on our sporting gear, and processing transactions accurately.
Responsibilities

- Assist with inventory counts, monitor stock levels, and follow all loss prevention procedures.
- Greet customers warmly and provide advice on sports products to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Balance the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts and report any discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and empathy.
- Process cash, debit and credit transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
Education + Experience
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, basic maths and familiarity with POS systems.
- 1-2 years experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and record-keeping skills.
- Must reside in Mokola or its environments.
- Minimum HND / B.Sc Degree
