Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Manager to oversee business operations, drive revenue growth, manage staff performance, and support the company's marketing and social media activities.
Responsibilities

- Oversee social media activities and content creation to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage and coordinate daily business operations.
- Monitor business performance and prepare periodic reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Supervise staff and ensure high levels of productivity and performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and business growth.
Education + Experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- 2 - 4 years' experience in business management, operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional certifications or management-related training will be an added advantage.
