Are you a problem-solver with a knack for technology and a passion for helping people? Do you have experience providing top-notch IT support in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a skilled and experienced Applications & Systems Analyst to join our team in Port Harcourt.
As a Help Desk L1 Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing technical support,troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our engineering and IT solutions. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' operations run smoothly by delivering timely and effective support

ROLE:
Provide first-line IT support ,troubleshoot applications and prepare reports
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES IN DETAILS:
.First-line support: Respond to and resolve technical issues reported by clients via phone, email, and our ticketing system.
.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems, including application errors, system access issues, and basic network connectivity problems.
.Escalation: Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or other internal teams when necessary, ensuring a smooth handoff and follow-up.
.Documentation: Maintain detailed records and timely reports of all support interactions and resolutions in our help desk ticketing system.
.User guidance: Provide clear, step-by-step instructions to clients to help them navigate our applications and systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
.OND/HND in computer science or related fields
.Knowledge of microsoft 365,windows OS networking
.Proven experience as an Applications & Systems Analyst, Help Desk Technician, or in a similar IT support role.
.A strong understanding of common operating systems, software applications, and basic networking concepts.
.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
.A customer-centric attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
.Experience with help desk ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow) is a plus.
.Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) are an added advantage.
