Description
- We are currently looking to engage a highly competent and result-orientedSpecialist, Data Analyst / Education & Business Analyst with strong personal & professional integrity to join our dynamic team in the Nile Business EducationDepartment.
Responsibilities

- Partner with departments to define reporting requirements.
- Collect, clean, validate and analyse education and business data.
- Develop predictive and descriptive analyses to support decision-making.
- Translate complex data into clear management insights.
- Support forecasting, planning and business case development.
- Maintain data quality and reporting standards.
- Develop dashboards, reports and performance scorecards.
- Analyse enrolment, retention, completion, engagement and revenue data.
- Identify trends, patterns, anomalies and opportunities.
- Track programme and business performance against KPIs.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Automate recurring reports and analytical processes.
Education + Experience
Educational and Professional Qualification(s)
- 3–5 years' experience in data/business analysis.
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau or equivalent BI tools.
- Experience in education analytics is advantageous.
- Knowledge of SQL and data visualisation.
