We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the IT Support Intern are:- Maintain the computer networks of all types of organisations, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly
- Monitor and maintain the company computer systems, install, and configure hardware and software, and solve technical issues as they arise.
- Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues
- Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
- Updating employees on the status of their service requests
- Resolving IT support requests from employees
- Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
- Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with comp
Education + Experience
- Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Computer Science or related course
- Good communication and people relations skills.
- Knowledgeable about the use and maintenance of computers
- Brilliant negotiation skills.
