- The general supervisor will be responsible for ensuring employees reporting to him/her perform their duties in accordance with the set standard of the organization.
- Make sure employees who report to you meet performance expectations.
- Giving instructions to subordinate employees.
- Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure, and healthy.
- Meeting deadlines.
- Approving work hours.
- Always ensure great service to clients.
Education + Experience
Requirement
- Candidates should possess an OND, HND, or B.Sc. Degree
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Computer literacy.
- Proactive organizational skills.
- Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience as a GeneralSupervisor in a manufacturing environment or Oil and Gas
- Previous leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Eye for detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Salary
