We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager / Graphic Designer to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies across multiple platforms, while also designing visually compelling graphics that align with our brand identity. Responsibilities

Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create and schedule engaging content to drive brand awareness and user engagement
Design visually appealing graphics for digital campaigns, advertisements, and daily posts
Monitor trends, insights, and performance analytics to optimize content strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all visuals and messaging
Respond to followers and build community engagement in a timely and professional manner
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing and design trends
Education + Experience
Requirements
Proven experience managing professional social media pages
Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Strong understanding of content creation, scheduling tools, and social media metrics
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a similar role within a creative or media-related industry
Familiarity with video editing tools is a plus
Knowledge of SEO and paid social strategies is an advantage
Proximity to location is an added advantage.
