Senior Sales Executive
Job Description
Position: Senior Sales Executive
Location: Abuja, and Ikoyi Lagos.
Job Types: Full-time
Remuneration: 120k - 250k (Based on experience) + HMO + Pension
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by actively prospecting, identifying, and acquiring new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Conduct market - research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Promote and sell financial products and services, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Manage and execute field sales activities to maximize market penetration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline sales processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
Education + Experience
- Minimum of 3 years field sales experience in the financial industry.
- Fintech loan sales experience is an added advantage.
- Minimum of OND degree qualification.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
- Strong understanding of financial products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
