Manage production workflow from start to finish.
Allocate and track garments through all stages.
Supervise and motivate the production team.
Ensure quality control and timely delivery.
Liaise with clients and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records and reports.
Education + Experience
HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
3–5 years experience in garment production or fashion house.
Strong leadership and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with quality assurance experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and production tools
