Job Title: Production Data Entry Executive
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, maintaining, and reporting production data to support operational efficiency, production planning, inventory control, and management decision-making.
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Data Entry Executive to join our FMCG company in Ikeja.
Education + Experience
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience using ERP or production management systems is an added advantage.
- Good reporting and communication skills.
- Good understanding of FMCG/manufacturing production processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet deadlines.
- 2–4 years of experience in production data entry, production reporting, MIS, or a similar role within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience using ERP or production management systems is an added advantage.
- Candidates who reside within or can conveniently commute to Ikeja and its environs are encouraged to apply.

Salary
