ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a leading finance consulting firm providing financial advisory, capital raising and investment management services for private individuals.
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities:
- Meetings: Manage calendar and organize meetings and appointments and ensure the attendees are catered to
- Travel Management: Book flight tickets and arrange travel, transport and accommodation
- Fleet Management: Prompt renewal of car papers, track fuel usage, track car repairs and ensure drivers strictly adhere to the code of ethics
- Document Management, Record keeping, managing databases and filing systems.
- Event Management: Organize events and conferences on behalf of director
- Personal Errands
Education + Experience
- Requirements:
- Proficiency in Yoruba is highly required.
- 2years proven work experience
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Exceptiinal attention to detail and accuracy in all work
