Job Description
Belton Global Limited offers a wide range of services some of which are the Sales, Production and Installation services. Sales Department offers the sales of building materials such as Executive jaccuzzi, steamers, shower rooms, hot tubs, saunas with out standing features (massagers,radios and so on), shower cubicules, shower trays, power showers, standing showers and elevated showers of different colours, designs and sizes, cover baths, fibre baths, bath mixers, assorted brands of ceramic toilet seats & bath tubs, bidet, uriners, bathroom accessories, 3-step towel rails, glass basins, glass block, glass shelves, designed mirrors, soap dish, unique toilet brushes & foot mats, different brands & liters of water heater and over head tanks, swimming pool materials, bore hole materials, squats, PVC.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Health Advisor
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Description
- A health advisor acts as a guide navigating complex healthcare systems, offering personalized guidance on preventative care, and managing specific conditions for clients.
- They often serve as the first point of contact, triaging calls, providing reassurance, and directing patients to appropriate services while ensuring safety.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities and Roles
- Patient Navigation & Support: Helping individuals understand their health needs, treatment options, and navigating the broader healthcare system.
- Clinical Triage & Advice: Using systems like the Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) to assess patient needs over the phone and providing appropriate care advice.
- Preventative Education: Teaching patients and community members about healthy habits, disease prevention, and managing chronic conditions.
- Specialized Roles:
- Public Health Advisors: Work on eradicating diseases, researching health threats, and promoting public safety.
- Medical Advisors (Corporate): Manage workplace risks, reduce insurance costs, and provide health consultancy for organizations.
- Emergency Advisors: Act as the first point of contact for urgent care, providing swift, professional phone advice
Education + Experience
Core Skills Required:
- Effective Communication: Active listening and clear communication to assess, advise, and reassure patients.
- Problem-Solving & Calmness: Ability to remain calm and handle challenging situations, particularly in emergency scenarios.
- Empathy and Advocacy: Supporting individuals with respect and understanding regarding their cultural, social, and economic needs
Salary
