The Field Recruitment Officer is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates in designated geographic areas to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This role involves going to various locations, and identifying qualified candidates for open positions. The Field Recruitment Officer plays a key role in ensuring a strong talent pipeline for the organization.
Responsibilities
* Conduct sourcing activities in targeted locations.
* Partner with community leaders and necessary stakeholders to identify potential candidates.
* Leverage traditional and digital advertising methods to attract job seekers.
* Review applications and conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability.
* Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to higher authority.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders to create a sustainable talent pool.
* Represent the organization positively to enhance its employer brand within the community.
* Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and employment laws.
* Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data.
* Provide regular reports on recruitment progress, challenges, and trends.
