Job Description
Rotimi Olu and Company is a registered Estate Surveying and Valuation firm Established under Estate Surveyors & Valuers (Registration, etc.) Act 1975; to undertake Real Estate Professional Acts, valuation and other allied services. The firm came into active operation in 2012 and has undertaken reasonable works in: Valuation, Property Management, Feasibility and Viability Appraisal, Facilities Management, Estate Agency & Remodeling and Renovation Works.

Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 - 6 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to priortize and multi-task
- Procurement and Negotiation Skills
- Time Management
- Proven experience as Facilities Manager or Relevant position.
- Must reside in Abuja
- Ability to drive is an added advantage.
