Job Description
We are seeking a skilled AC Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance of AC.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in AC.
Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure efficient operation.
Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, fans, motors, and thermostats.
Ensure proper ventilation, temperature control, and energy efficiency in all serviced units.
Test and adjust system performance using specialized tools and gauges.
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Comply with safety and industry regulations while performing tasks.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and maintenance schedules.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical issues effectively.
Education + Experience
Requirements:
Proven experience as an AC Technician.
Knowledge of air conditioning systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical components.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Good communication and customer service skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
